Our coaching faculty is a curated collective of working creative professionals, directors, voice specialists who understand the realities of today’s industry.

Every DMA coach brings deep craft expertise, on-set experience, and a commitment to developing confident, capable young professionals.

Actors train with specialists across screen, stage, voice, and audition technique - including expert voice, dialogue, and dialect coaching to meet the demands of modern casting for film, television, streaming, and gaming.

DMA is also home to a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor, providing confidential emotional wellbeing support for young performers navigating the pressures of a creative career. This integrated approach - craft, career, and care - is central to the DMA method.

Alongside our resident team, DMA welcomes guest mentors from across the industry: Award-winning actors, internationally recognised directors, and casting directors responsible for some of the most exciting productions of recent years.

These mentors return to DMA not for appearances, but because they trust our process, champion our young talent, and continue to collaborate with them in the working world. At DMA, coaching is not a class - it is a long-term partnership with artists who care about the next generation, delivered within a professional, nurturing, and emotionally intelligent environment.
